Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients inspired by the coastal beauty of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Florida. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance, and appearance are natural and do not affect quality.

Cosmetic Products

Our body scrubs, lip balms, hair products, and other personal care products are intended for external cosmetic use only unless specifically identified as food products.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Do not use on broken or damaged skin. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and avoiding ingredients to which they may be allergic.

Sea Salt & Culinary Products

Our culinary sea salts and seasonings are intended for food use only. Please review all ingredient information before consumption. Individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully read product labels prior to use.

Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and consumable products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence to request a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand. San-Cap Sea Salt Co. is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, San-Cap Sea Salt Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through this website. By purchasing our products, customers accept responsibility for their proper use.
